What are we buying?

We buy investment gold - gold bars from all world manufacturers (Argor Heraeus, Heraeus, Münze Österreich, PAMP, Perth Mint, Valcambi, Heimerle-Meule, etc.), gold investment coins (American Eagle, Kangaroo, Maple Leaf, Panda, Wiener Philharmoniker, Krugerrand). For products that we do not have in our offer, the purchase price will be calculated from the current purchase price of a weight-equivalent Heimerle-Meule investment product. For investment silver, we buy silver investment bars and silver investment coins in our offer.

We also buy collector coins and medals, the price of which depends on the condition of the product offered, its circulation, availability and demand for the given title.

Terms and conditions of redemption

• We carry out the purchase at our branch in Prague on working days from 10:00 to 17:00 or by delivery by postal or transport service. By agreement, it is possible to carry out the purchase outside working hours.
• The price is determined according to the current purchase price published on our website at the time of physical delivery of the purchased products. Any transaction is preceded by a physical check of authenticity and quality in your presence at our branch in Prague 1 or, if delivered by postal or transport service, the check is performed with a camera recording.
• After verification of authenticity, a Purchase Agreement is concluded. Payment of the price up to the purchase value of CZK 250,000 is made by bank transfer within 24 hours or in cash as agreed, and for values above CZK 250,000 within 48 hours or as agreed.
• The volume of investment bars and coins purchased is not limited.

• We carry out correspondence purchases up to a maximum amount of CZK 1,000,000. Fill out the online purchase request in the PURCHASE FORM . On business days, you will receive a purchase offer within 24 hours. If we conclude an agreement by phone, you send the purchased goods to our branch in Prague 1. After receiving the shipment, we will check it. The check consists of opening the shipment, checking authenticity and quality. The check is carried out with a camera recording. After verifying authenticity and concluding the Purchase Agreement, the price up to a value of CZK 250,000 is paid by bank transfer within 24 hours and above this value within 3-5 business days.
