PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION TERMS
We are MoneyCoin s. r. o., registered office Rybná 682/14, Burzovní palác, 110 00 Prague, Company ID 17555922, VAT ID CZ17555922, registered in the Commercial Register under file number C 373072 maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague. We operate an e shop on the website goldenhouse.cz and in order to provide our services, sell goods and operate our website, we process certain personal data. The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
A. Processing of personal data when using the contact form
If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact details which you provide to us, mainly through the inquiry form. These are in particular your name and surname, email address, telephone number, billing address and delivery address.
For what purpose?
We use these data to contact you and discuss your requested goods and services.
On what legal basis?
This is processing on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b GDPR, that is negotiations prior to the conclusion of a contract and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
For how long will we process personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 5 years from our last communication.
B. Processing of personal data in case of purchase
If you make a purchase with us, we will work with the data you provide in your order. These are mainly billing details, such as your name, surname and address.
For what purpose?
We need to process personal data in order to fulfil our contract, that is to deliver our goods or services to you. We also use your contact details to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, potential complaints or your queries. We further process personal data in order to fulfil our legal obligations arising from legislation, especially for accounting and tax purposes and for handling complaints and other similar matters.
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This is processing on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b GDPR, performance of a contract, and Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c GDPR, fulfilment of our legal obligation.
For how long will we process personal data?
For the duration of the provision of our service and for 5 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.
C. Newsletters, commercial communication
If you are a purchasing customer and you did not refuse this option at the time of purchase, we will use your email address to send you our news and commercial communication.
On what legal basis?
This is allowed by Section 7 paragraph 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on certain information society services, unless you refused such use at the time of purchase.
For how long will we process personal data?
