You can pay in cash when making purchases at our branches according to the conditions listed, i.e. immediate purchases at the branch up to CZK 250,000 per person in one day, or in the case of personal collection of an online order.
Payment by bank transfer
Payment based on the issued invoice, or proforma/advance invoice. Payment must be credited to our bank account within 48 hours after the purchase is made, after the amount is credited to our account, your order is forwarded for dispatch.
Payment via QR code
Convenient and fast payment via a generated QR code with all the data and details, which is part of your order (invoice).

Personal collection is possible at our Burzovní palác branch, Rybná 682/14, 110 00 Prague 1.
Czech Post
All shipments are insured by Czech Post up to the value of the order. The value of the shipment must not exceed 1,000,000 CZK . Shipments with a higher value are delivered by DPD or FedEx. Shipments are packed in cardboard boxes and then placed in an envelope for valuable letters.
The shipping price for a shipment with a value of up to CZK 7,000 is CZK 97 including VAT. Shipping for shipments with a value higher than CZK 7,000 is free.
Mail order house
Orders with a value of up to CZK 25,000 can be sent by courier. Shipments with a higher value are delivered by Czech Post or DPD. Shipments are packed in cardboard boxes and then placed in an envelope for valuable letters.
The shipping price for a shipment with a value of up to CZK 7,000 is CZK 69 including VAT. Shipping for shipments with a value higher than CZK 7,000 is free.
DPD/Fedex shipping service
All shipments are insured up to the value of the order. All shipments are packed in cardboard boxes and then placed in an envelope for valuable correspondence. Shipments with a value higher than 5,000 CZK are free of charge. The price of shipping with a value up to 5,000 CZK is 89 CZK including VAT.
We also deliver to Slovakia and other EU countries.
